Half-day course

Learn the critical drivers of energy management. Find out how energy out (stress) and energy in (recovery) can be trained across five dimensions to build resilience and capacity in critical areas of personal health. Explore the core objectives of personal wellbeing, empowering your best self, and enriching your team with new habits aimed at unleashing a culture of high performance.


One-day course

Understand key concepts of energy management, and learn how to evaluate and adjust your energy levels to adapt to the increasing burden of work, pandemic, environmental and economic stress. Gain practical knowledge of the five critical energy dimensions – physical, emotional, mental, social and purposeful. Get to know the major drivers of your body’s physical foundation, and of your mental health. And learn tips to invest in yourself, your workmates and family to improve the energy equation.


Premier two-day course

This is the full experience and leads to the greatest results. Learn how to unleash your best self and empower maximum individual (and team) performance. Discover the five critical energy dimensions and how to apply them to empower your ultimate human potential. Gain a unique understanding of how nutrition – both the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ – fuels bodies to achieve maximum performance. Find out how strategic movement and building lean muscle mass fuels high performance, whether you are an elite athlete or a corporate warrior. Learn how to regulate your emotions, focus your mind, empower your life story and overcome the barriers to achieving your life mission. Design and embed the habits necessary for long-term behaviour change through a proven change management process, which includes 90 days of post-programme support from an energy coach.


Part-time course

Some teams are looking to spread learning over a longer time frame. We have designed our content delivery to span either three weeks or six weeks according to your team’s availability.

Choose from a one-day, face-to-face workshop followed by a three x 2.5-hour workshops or six x 2.5-hour workshops delivered in person or virtually over six consecutive weeks.

These courses deliver our Premier training over a longer time span, suitable for shift workers and geographically dispersed teams. Weekly sessions are available face-to-face in Auckland only.


Keynote

Our 45-minute keynote will leave audiences inspired by what’s possible when we train our human performance engine. We provide practical tips that will help elevate energy and empower our best self. This keynote is designed to stimulate action in a short period, leaving participants with a desire to change one to three habits that will help unleash greater energy and move them toward their greater potential.
